Will we get a sales pitch?
No. The first conversation is us asking questions to figure out whether we can genuinely help. Sometimes the answer is no and we say so on that call rather than building a proposal for something you should not buy.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
No. The initial call and a written outline of what we would recommend are free. If the project needs a formal audit or discovery to scope properly, we quote that separately and tell you before doing any work.
