Custom Website Design
Your website is the one salesperson working every hour of every day. It should be designed around how people actually decide, not around whichever template had the nicest demo photos.
Templates are not the enemy. Templates chosen before anyone asked what the site needs to do are. A theme dictates your structure, which dictates your content, which means the site ends up shaped by a stranger assumption about a generic business instead of by the way your customers actually buy.
We design from the buying process backward. What does someone need to believe before they will call you? What do they compare? What kills their confidence? Then we structure the site so each page moves someone one honest step forward, and we design it to load fast on the phone they are holding.
Fast, accessible, and easy to update are requirements rather than upgrades. A site that scores badly on Core Web Vitals loses ranking and conversions at the same time. A site your team cannot update becomes stale within a year and you end up paying someone to change a phone number.

Questions about custom website design
How much does a website cost?
Most of our small business sites land between eight and thirty thousand dollars depending on page count, content needs, and functionality. We give a fixed price after a scoping conversation, and we do not start work with a range.
How long does it take?
Six to twelve weeks for a typical business site. The single biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side, and we will tell you that up front.
Do we own the site?
Yes. Code, content, domain, and hosting are all yours, in your accounts. If you ever leave, you take everything and nothing breaks. We think holding client assets hostage is indefensible.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of support included for anything that surfaces. After that you can handle it yourself, keep us on a maintenance plan, or call us when you need us. There is no lock in.
Can you redesign without losing our search rankings?
Yes, and this is where redesigns most often go wrong. We map every URL, plan redirects, preserve the content that ranks, and monitor closely after launch. Rankings usually recover within weeks and often improve.
The capabilities that usually come next.
Design the site around how people actually buy.
Templates are not the enemy. Templates chosen before anyone asked what the site needs to do are. Tell us how your customers decide and we will structure the site around that instead of around a theme demo.
